1. After you log into the game, drag your mouse to the chat window and click on the chat bubble that's underneath the [X]. The chat bubble icon looks like this [¡Ü].
2. Click on "Save Chat Log".
3. The chat log will be saved into your C:\Program Files\OGPlanet\CABAL Online\chatting log folder (default installation folder)
4. The file has to be submitted to OGPlanet through the Help Desk as an attachment.

• Please note that the chat log can only be viewed by OGPlanet to keep the legitimacy and authenticity of the chat log, so it is impossible to check the log without OGPlanet's help.
